By accessing and using dlm.cash (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services. dlm.cash reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to the Platform.

License and Use Authorization

dlm.cash grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and its services for lawful personal or business purposes. You agree not to:

  • • Share your API credentials or access tokens with third parties
  • • Use the Platform for illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws
  • • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code through our systems

User Accounts and Registration

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • • Keep your passwords secure and never share them with others
  • • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

API Credentials and Exchange Integration

Read-Only API Keys Required

For your security, dlm.cash only accepts read-only API credentials from supported exchanges. You acknowledge that:

  • • You are providing these credentials at your own risk
  • • dlm.cash maintains military-grade encryption for credential storage
  • • dlm.cash will never execute trades or withdraw funds using your API keys
  • • You are responsible for any losses if your credentials are compromised

Investment Risks and Disclaimers

Risk Acknowledgment

While dlm.cash maintains a 100% success rate in our backtested AI predictions, cryptocurrency and blockchain investments carry inherent risks:

  • • Market conditions and liquidity can change rapidly
  • • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • • Smart contract vulnerabilities may exist
  • • Network congestion or exchange outages may impact execution
  • • Regulatory changes may affect trading availability

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of dlm.cash, including our AI algorithms, predictive models, and blockchain scanning technology, are owned by dlm.cash or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or perform any content from dlm.cash without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, dlm.cash AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • • SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR PLATFORM UNAVAILABILITY
  • • THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR MARKET CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with dlm.cash is discontinuation of use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dlm.cash and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination and Suspension

dlm.cash may terminate or suspend your account immediately without notice if you:

  • • Violate any provision of these Terms
  • • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • • Breach data security or privacy protections
  • • Violate KYC/AML compliance requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dlm.cash operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in such jurisdiction.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation as outlined in our dispute resolution policy.
