By accessing dlm.cash you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use the platform. We may update terms by posting to the site.

License

Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for lawful use. You will not reverse-engineer the AI, scrape without permission, share API credentials, or use the platform for illegal activity.

Accounts

You are responsible for credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration data. Notify us of unauthorized use.

Investment risks

A backtested engine rate is not a guarantee of future token prices. Markets gap. Smart contracts fail. Read the Disclaimer in full.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DLM CASH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
