Data sovereignty

Unlike traditional fintech that monetizes user data, DLM CASH is rooted in data sovereignty and privacy by design. We do not sell data. Revenue is derived from the product, not from a dossier.

What we collect

Public on-chain data (wallet addresses of the top-10 scan set, tx hashes, mempool, contract interactions) and, when you register: email or DID, technical logs, and encrypted credentials. KYC fields are stored to unlock withdrawals.

Legal frameworks

We treat the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as the primary rule for this product (Aadhaar KYC, mobile, IST users), with GDPR Art. 15–17 and 20 as the portable pattern for EU residents, and CCPA/CPRA “do not sell” as a hard product rule. We never sell personal information. Essential cookies only.

Your rights in the app

• Access / portability — Settings → Download my data (JSON). Document numbers are masked.
• Erasure — Settings → Request erasure. Compliance redacts name, email, mobile, KYC. Master ledger is retained under AML / legal obligation.
• Correction — support ticket or KYC re-submit.
• Grievance — privacy@dlm.cash

Retention

Active accounts kept while open. Inactive moved to cold storage after 12 months. Deletion requests purged within 30 days of off-chain data.
